Transform your grant strategy in 1 week
Ever wish you could get guidance on your grant strategy and help identifying grant opportunities to support your organization’s programs and services, without a long-term commitment?
This VIP Week may be just what you need.
Get strategic support from an experienced grant professional to build your grants pipeline and optimize your proposal language to increase your chances of funding.
By the end of the week, you’ll know which funding opportunities to pursue and how to best present your organization and program to make your case for support.
Initially, we struggled to find and apply for grants that truly matched our program objectives. Tiffany provided the clear guidance we needed, transforming our approach to grant applications and helping us identify the right funding opportunities. Her consistent, positive support throughout the entire process was invaluable.
Renata Diaz, Project Manager, Groundbreaker gGmbH
Here’s what we can accomplish in a VIP Week:
Funding Strategy & Grant Calendar
Identify 15-20 well-aligned grant opportunities specific to your organization’s program and funding needs
Develop an editable grant calendar to map out your grant opportunities for the next 12 months
Provide recommendations and strategies to improve your odds of funding success, including insights for cultivating relationships with grantmakers
Grant Audits
Conduct up to two audits on proposals/LOIs/concept papers previously written/submitted
Investment: $4,000
Want the proposal language written for you? No problem, I can prepare a Universal Grant Template (boilerplate language)* to address the most commonly asked grant questions and make a compelling case for support for one of your programs.
*Since there is a difference in complexity between an audit and developing new language, the Universal Grant Template is an additional $1,500.

The Process
2
Prep + Kickoff Call
At least 1 week before. complete a questionnaire and submit your materials ahead of our Kickoff Call to ensure I have all the necessary information needed to hit the ground running at the start of your VIP Week.
3
The Week
You sit back (or work on other pressing items) while I pull it all together.
Complete the inquiry form to tell me a little about your organization and program/project and your goal. We’ll have a 30-minute Discovery Call to make sure this service is a good fit for your needs.
4
Debrief & Delivery
We wrap up with a 60-minute call to review your organization’s prospective grant opportunities, your grant audits (or universal grant template), and answer any questions you have relating to your grant strategy.
This VIP Week is perfect for you if:
you are ready to finally have a strong list of grant prospects for your organization to apply to, but never seem to have enough time to do it yourself.
you always seem to find grant opportunities dangerously close to the deadline that you’re hurriedly trying to pull together a proposal.
or worse, you have to let the funding opportunity pass you by because there are simply not enough hours in your day.
you’ve applied for funding opportunities previously, but your attempts haven’t been successful.
If any of these sound like you, this VIP Week could be the solution to kick start your grant strategy.
FAQs
-
This VIP Week is most suitable for 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations who have been in operation for at least two years (and be able to show financials for those two years) who have a clearly defined program/project.
-
Yes! You may want to book multiple VIP Weeks if your organization has more than one program since a single VIP Week will provide a comprehensive list of grant opportunities and audits or templates for one program/project. For your planning purposes, I only schedule two VIP Weeks each month.
-
Aside from providing the documents and questionnaire that I’ll need to conduct the work; you’ll only need to commit up to two hours (one for our initial consultation/kickoff and a debrief call when I deliver the final product).
-
At minimum, you must be available for the kickoff meeting, this is where I ask questions, get clarification so I can produce the best possible product for you. If you can’t make a debrief call, no problem! I can record a Loom video going over the boilerplate language, grant calendar, and grant strategy.

Tiffany Thibodeau Consulting will complete up to one round of revision on your deliverables.
