How much do grant writing services cost?

Grant consulting fees vary based on the project scope, timeline, and complexity. Tiffany Thibodeau Consulting charges a retainer fee for ongoing engagements or a project-based fee for shorter engagements. Retainer fees typically begin at $3,000, and project-based fees start at $4,000. A 1-on-1 strategy session is $150 for 1 hour. Each service page describes the type of support and deliverables included with the service, along with a ballpark estimate. In our Discovery Call, we can discuss pricing for your organization’s specific needs.

Can we pay you a percentage of the grant once it’s awarded?

Tiffany Thibodeau Consulting adheres to the professional and ethical standards of the Grant Professionals Association and thus charges a fee (and in the case of a Strategy Session, an hourly rate). This standard also aligns with the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the practice of most grantmakers who will not fund pre-award activities.
